Luigi Iovane

Luigi is an associate in our Corporate and Miscellaneous team. 

He focuses on advising local and international clients in various matters, including the incorporation and management of corporate structures, general regulatory and commercial affairs, and immigration.

Clients Luigi has advised throughout his 10-year career include individuals and public and private companies in the real estate, shipping, retail and financial industries.

He graduated summa cum laude as third of his class from Universidad Católica Santa María La Antigua (2020) in Panama and received a Master of Corporate Law from the London School of Economics and Political Science (2022).
